Service Area

Femme Works Solutions LLC provides asbestos abatement, mold remediation, mold inspection and testing, and black mold removal to property owners in North Andover, Lowell, Lawrence, Haverhill, Methuen, Andover, Tewksbury, Reading, and Boxford. Requests from outside these communities may be declined or referred elsewhere at our discretion, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform work beyond this service area.

Estimates and Work Authorization

Any estimate, quote, or proposal we provide, whether in writing, by email, or verbally, is for informational purposes only and does not create a binding obligation on either party. A service relationship begins only once both parties sign a work authorization form that sets out the specific scope of work, pricing, and schedule for the project. If conditions discovered once work begins differ from what was visible during the initial inspection, such as additional contamination behind a wall cavity or beneath flooring, we will document the change and obtain written approval before expanding the scope or adjusting the price.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone billing, and final payment due dates, are set out in the signed work authorization for each project. We accept payment by check, major credit card, and electronic bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to the terms described in your specific authorization document.

Insurance Coordination

When a loss is covered by a property insurance policy, we can work directly with your carrier or adjuster to document conditions, provide photographs, and supply the documentation typically requested in a mold or asbestos claim. This coordination occurs only with your written authorization, and you remain responsible for understanding the terms of your own policy, including coverage limits and exclusions. We are not a party to your insurance contract and cannot guarantee claim approval or reimbursement amounts.

Scope of Work

Our work is limited to the asbestos abatement, mold remediation, mold inspection and testing, and black mold removal services described in your signed authorization. We do not perform structural rebuilds, general contracting, or repairs unrelated to the contamination addressed under that agreement; where additional work is needed, we will say so plainly and can point you toward an appropriate specialist.

Liability

Our technicians are OSHA trained and EPA Lead-Safe Certified, and our work is performed in keeping with applicable Massachusetts regulations governing asbestos and mold remediation activities. Our liability for any project is limited to the scope and terms set out in the signed work authorization for that project; we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects unrelated to the authorized scope, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Femme Works Solutions LLC runs a customer care text program for customers who contact us about our services. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking the text consent box on our contact or estimate form, or by telling us on a call that we may text you), you agree to these terms.

• Program: Femme Works Solutions LLC customer care texts, sent from our business texting line.
• What we send: messages about your service request or project, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not separately opted in to them.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your request and project.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for help or contact us at (978) 701-4140 or info@femmeworkssolutionsllc.com.
• Not a condition of purchase: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises over work performed under a signed authorization, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can review the concern and work toward a resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled according to the dispute resolution terms contained in your specific work authorization and governed by Massachusetts law.
