Femme Works Solutions LLC provides mold remediation, mold inspection and testing, black mold removal, and asbestos abatement services across North Andover, Lowell, Lawrence, Haverhill, Methuen, Andover, Tewksbury, Reading, and Boxford. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

When you fill out our contact form or request an inspection, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the issue you’re facing. Our website also uses basic analytics tools that log general visitor data, such as pages viewed and approximate location, to help us understand how people find and use the site. We do not collect payment information through the website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, schedule mold or asbestos inspections, prepare assessments, and, where relevant, document conditions for insurance purposes. Analytics data helps us identify which pages are useful and where the site could be clearer. We do not use the information you give us for any purpose beyond responding to your request and completing the service relationship you initiate.

We don’t sell or rent your information to third parties. If you ask us to coordinate with your insurance carrier, we’ll share the relevant inspection findings, photos, or documentation with that carrier on your behalf, and only with your authorization. We may also share limited information with subcontractors or lab partners directly involved in testing samples from your property, solely to complete the work you’ve requested. Otherwise, your information stays with us.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Femme Works Solutions LLC may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Femme Works Solutions LLC collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry records, inspection reports, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to support the service we provided, including any follow-up questions, warranty matters, or insurance documentation needs. After that, records are deleted or archived in a way that limits ongoing access.

Your Rights

If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we’ve collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale (we don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of). Because Femme Works Solutions LLC operates only within Massachusetts, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) generally does not apply to us, but we’re glad to answer any privacy question in the same straightforward way regardless of where you’re asking from. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
