Our Commitment
Femme Works Solutions LLC wants every visitor, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to find information about our mold remediation, mold inspection and testing, black mold removal, and asbestos abatement services without difficulty. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the pages on this site. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project, and we revisit our site periodically as we add or update content.
What We’ve Built Toward
Our site is structured to work with screen readers and other assistive technology. That includes meaningful heading structure so visitors can navigate by section, descriptive link text instead of vague phrases like “click here,” sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds, and forms (like our contact and estimate request forms) that are labeled so they can be completed using a keyboard or a screen reader alone. We also try to keep page layouts predictable so that where you are on the site, and what you can do next, stays clear.
Known Limitations
No website is perfect, and we don’t claim ours is an exception. Third-party embeds, PDFs, or older images may not fully meet every success criterion. When we become aware of a specific barrier, we prioritize fixing it, particularly where it affects someone’s ability to request service or reach us directly.

We will acknowledge accessibility reports and work to address confirmed issues within a reasonable window. More complex fixes, such as changes that touch site-wide templates, may take longer than a single-page correction, but we’ll keep you informed if a reported issue requires more time.
